Thomas Edison first invention was a Carbon Microphone used in all telephones along with the Bell receiver until the 1980s.The light bulb is a well-known invention by Thomas Edison.The light bulb worked by connecting carbon filament or striped coil to the wires which lasted 13.5 houres.But Thomas Edison discovered a new way by connecting carbinized bamboo coil filament to the wires.This lasted 1200 houres, it was a success.
